  • In the event of a No-show, the total rate will be charged and no refunds, rescheduling, or re-booking will be allowed

  • In the event of a flight delay or cancellation, customers are required to inform the merchant directly regarding the new arrival and departure times. Failure to do so may result in the partner charging a full Cancellation Fee

  • For Airport Transfers or Car Rental services, any changes to flight or travel details must be communicated directly to the merchant

  • If there is a need for any amendments to the booking, it is necessary to first obtain confirmation from the merchant before proceeding

  • Merchant is solely responsible to the purchaser for the care and quality of the advertised goods and services

  • Mauritian citizens: ID card, Passport or Resident Permit must be shown by all customers upon arrival, failure to do so will entitle the merchant to charge the current public rate
