• Please note that there is no particular Dress Code during the day. However, customers are kindly requested NOT to wear uncovered Swimming attire in the Restaurant during Breakfast and Lunchtime

• Food & Beverages / Dietary conditions:

• Customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions should notify the hotel 48 hours before their arrival

• Without the permission of the management, no outside food or beverages are permitted within the restaurant

• Child Age Policy:

• Infant as from 0-6 years old | Child as from 7-12 years old | Adult as from 13 years old and above

• Customers should be aware that if they fail to declare their kid's age properly, a premium will be requested upon arrival

• Policy on Postponement:

• Any request for a postponement is not guaranteed and must be notified at least 48 hours prior to the arrival date

• A Service Fee of 10% on the total amount will be charged for each Postponement or Amendment on existing voucher

• Policy on No-Shows:

• There are no cancellations after a booking has been confirmed

• No-shows will be charged the full fee; no refunds, rescheduling, or re-booking will be permitted
