Late Departure Policy

Guests remaining on-site after 16:00 hrs will incur an additional charge of:

Cancellation & Booking Amendment Policy

Ocean’s Creek Beach Hotel – Disclaimer

  • All bookings are subject to a 100% cancellation fee

  • A mandatory modification fee of Rs. 500 per room applies to any booking changes
     (Payable directly at the hotel upon arrival)

  • Management reserves the right to:

    • Refuse service of alcoholic beverages to individuals suspected of intoxication

    • Decline service to guests attempting to purchase alcohol for intoxicated persons

    • Request guests to leave the premises in cases of abusive or threatening behavior, and involve authorities if necessary

  • The hotel is not responsible for the loss of personal valuables or belongings on the premises
