Les Estivales is not the typical Apartment experience :- the magnificent Apartments and Penthouses have been constructed with families and couples in mind, with a spacious Swimming Pool and a green Garden overlooking the Indian Ocean. It is advantageously positioned in the Northern part of Mauritius, near Trou aux Biches, and is made up of two blocks with stylish architecture. Each block has two Apartments on the ground floor, two Apartments on the first floor and one Penthouse on the second floor. Beautiful living rooms with a fully-equipped kitchen comprises the interior architecture.

NOTE: A Minimum of 2 Nights stay will be required on bookings until the 30th April 2025

NOTE: A Minimum of 5 Nights stay will be required on bookings for PEAK SEASON, as from 21st Dec. 2024 until 07th Jan. 2025

NOTE: A security deposit of Rs. 10000 is required either by Credit card or by Cash, upon Check in. If no damage is found upon inspection at Check-out, the deposit will be released

    - Is available on the 4th day of customers' stay

    - Should customers prefer a Daily Cleaning of their rooms, an additional Rs. 600 supplement per day will be charged (NO cleaning on Weekends and Public Holidays)




General conditions:


  • Offer is applicable for Mauritian or Resident with permit

  • The merchant is solely liable to the buyer for the care and quality of the advertised products and services

  • Any complaints should be made directly to the property

  • For any important info, customers are required to contact us on 2180052 for their booking

  • All customers must provide a Mauritian ID card or Resident permission upon arrival; failure to do so entitles the business to charge the current public rate

  • Food & Beverages / Dietary conditions:

    • Customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions should notify the Restaurant 48 hours before their arrival

    • Without the permission of the management, no outside food or beverages are permitted within the restaurant

  • Policy on Postponement:

    • Any request for a postponement is not guaranteed and must be notified at least 48 hours prior to the arrival date

    • A Service Fee of 10% on the total amount will be charged for each Postponement or Amendment on existing voucher

      • Policy on No-Shows:

        • There are no cancellations after a booking has been confirmed

        • No-shows will be charged the full fee; no refunds, rescheduling, or re-booking will be permitted

  • A deposit of Rs. 10000 is required either by Credit Card or Cash upon check-in. If no damage is found upon inspection at check-out, the deposit will be returned

  • Non-smoking Penthouses and Suites

  • No visitors allowed except with the permission of management

  • The property has a zero-tolerance policy :- parties and pets are NOT allowed
