  • Policy on Postponement:

    • Any request for a postponement is not guaranteed and must be notified at least 48 hours prior to the arrival date

    • A Service Fee of 10% on the total amount will be charged for each Postponement or Amendment on existing voucher

      • Policy on No-Shows:

        • There are no cancellations after a booking has been confirmed

        • No-shows will be charged the full fee; no refunds, rescheduling, or re-booking will be permitted

  • Hotel Cancellation Policy:

    • A full refund if customers cancel within 72 hours from date of booking / reservation

    • 50% refund in the event of cancellation after 72 hours from date of booking or 14 days BEFORE date of Check-in

    • No refund AFTER 14 days before date of check-in
