General Conditions:

 

  • A deposit of Rs.10,000 by Cash or Credit Card will be required upon check-in. Note that this sum will be returned upon check-out.

  • The property has a zero-tolerance policy for noise and misconduct. The property has the right to evict guests or take action against them

  • Baby cots and Baby High-chairs can be organized without any supplement but are subject to availability

  • Villa or Apartment is rented for the number of persons indicated at the time of booking

  • The hotel does not allow visitors,, except with the permission of the management. If approved, the full names and Vehicle Number plates of visitors shall be required

  • The offer is applicable to Mauritian or residents with a permit

  • Rates may vary depending on the date (please select a date to see the price) and are subject to availability

  • All extras, not included in the deal, will be paid at the time of departure

  • Special requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed

  • The merchant is solely liable to the buyer for the care and quality of the advertised products and services

  • For group booking of more than 10 rooms, you are required to contact us on 2180052 for your booking.

  • COVID-19 Lockdown Protocol: If a booking falls within a Lockdown period or a Government restriction, it will automatically be canceled & refunded as a store credit in your account

  • Cyclone Protocol: If a booking falls within Cyclone Class 3, the reservation will automatically be canceled & refunded in the form of store credit to your account

  • All clients must provide a Mauritian ID card or Resident permission upon arrival; failure to do so entitles the business to charge the current public rate

  • Policy on Postponement:

    • Any request for a postponement is not guaranteed and must be notified at least 48 hours prior to the arrival date

  • Policy on No-Shows & Cancellation:

    • There are no cancellations after a booking has been confirmed

    • No-shows will be charged the full fee; no refunds, rescheduling, or re-booking will be permitted

    • ALL YEAR ROUND EXCEPT PEAK SEASON - Less than 7 days prior to guest’s arrival = 100% cancellation fee will be charged

    • 15 to 7 days prior to the guest's arrival = 50% cancellation fee will be charged
