• Activity Days: from Mondays to Sundays

• Meeting Point: SSR International Airport

• Flight Tour Time: as from 06h00 up to 18h00

• Number of Pax: minimum 4 passengers

   - NOTE: total number of passengers the Helicopter can accommodate is up to 6 (subject to operational requirements)

• Validity: valid until the 31st December 2024

NOTES:

• The number of customers for a Private Flight is 4 passengers. If this number is not met on departure day, the flight will be rescheduled

• Flights from / to the Airport are done on a Sharing basis, and are operated ONLY when 4 Sharing passengers are confirmed for the specific flight

• Please note that the Helicopter can accommodate up to 6 passengers (subject to operational requirements)

• The weight of passengers should be provided for ALL Helicopter bookings

ITINERARY:

• Airport - Grand Bassin - Kanaka Crater - Black River Gorges - Black River - Underwater Waterfall - Chamarel Colored Earths and Waterfalls - South Coast - Airport

General Conditions:

• Offer is applicable for Mauritian or Resident with a permit

• Customers are required to arrive at least, 15 minutes before the time of departure. The flight hours are permanent and cannot be modified

• Booking must be done at least, 4 days before departure day. Also, customers must confirm their availability

• The exact departure time will be confirmed to customers one day before the flight tour

• Flights are subject to good weather conditions

• Flights from the SSR International Airport must get approval of the Air Traffic Control before being allowed to take off

• Pregnant women are requested to seek medical advice before booking this activity

• Rates may vary depending on date (please select a date to see price) and are subject to availability

• The merchant is solely liable to the buyer for the care and quality of the advertised products and services

• All customers must provide a Mauritian ID card or Resident permission upon arrival; failure to do so entitles the business to charge the current public rate

• Policy on Confirmation of booking:

• Once customers have confirmed a date, there are no cancellations or refunds

• Policy on No-Shows and Postponement:

• 100% Cancellation fees will be charged in case of No-show

• A Service Fee of 10% on the total amount will be charged for each Postponement or Amendment on existing voucher
