As well as the aircraft being a Federal Aviation Administration-approved special light-sport transport (designated as X-Air XA85), the highly-trained staff will provide all necessary safety information to ensure a secure and memorable flight experience.

• Opening Hours:

  - Mondays to Fridays, as from 08h00 up to 16h00

  - Saturdays, as from 08h00 up to 12h00

• Departure Time: will depend on time of booked flight

• Meeting Point: Azuri Ocean & Golf Village, Haute Rive Mu, Roches Noires

• Flight Time: choice between 15-Min. OR 20-Min. OR 30-Min.

• All customers must provide a Mauritian ID card or Resident permission upon arrival

• Seating Capacity: 1 passenger (alongside the pilot)

• Safety Briefing before start of activity

NOTES:

- Minimum Age Requirement: passengers as from 15 years old are allowed

- Aircraft Weight Limit: 105 Kg

- Passenger Height Limit: 1m90

- Dress Code: Customers are recommended NOT to wear long outfits due to tide changes

- Activity depends on weather conditions, and can be cancelled in case of bad weather

- In case a booking was already confirmed, the flight will be postponed for another date and time

- Validity: voucher is valid for 90 days as from date of purchase

• Policy on Postponement:

• Any request for a postponement is not guaranteed and must be notified at least 48 hours prior to the arrival date

• A Service Fee of 10% on the total amount will be charged for each Postponement or Amendment on existing voucher

• Policy on No-Shows:

• There are no cancellations after a booking has been confirmed

• No-shows will be charged the full fee; no refunds, rescheduling, or re-booking will be permitted
