Full-Day Catamaran & Water Activities

Fine Print:

  • Session time (Tuesday - Sunday): 09:00 - 16:00

  • 1st Meeting point: Belle Mare Aquacity, office (by your own transport)

  • 2nd Meeting point: La Jetée, Trou d'Eau Douce

  • Validity: Voucher valid for 120 days as from the date of purchase

 

Participant Guidelines:

  • Minimum age requirement: As from 8 years old

  • Number of Participants: 12 people minimum | 31 people maximum

  • If minimum number of participant has not been met, excursion will be rescheduled by supplier

  • Note: Swimming skills not mandatory

  • Participants must be physically capable in order to undertake the activity

  • What you should bring: Soft carry bag, swimsuit, change of clothes, sandshoes, sunscreen, beach towel, camera 

 

 


Conditions:

  • Offer is applicable for Mauritian or Resident with permit.

  • Rates may vary depending on Date (Please select date to see price) and are subject to availability.

  • All extras not included in the deal will be paid at the time of departure.

  • Special requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.

  • The merchant is solely liable to the buyer for the care and quality of the advertised products and services.

  • All clients must provide a Mauritian ID card or Resident permission upon arrival; failure to do so entitles the business to charge the current public rate.

  • Pregnant women are requested to seek medical advice prior to booking any activity 

  • Unless safety is jeopardized, activity continues in the rain. Due to weather conditions, the timetable is subject to change.

  • Customers are requested to arrive at least 30 mins prior to activity time

 

Policy on Postponement:

  • Any request for a postponement is not guaranteed and must be notified at least 48 hours prior to the arrival date.

Policy on No-Shows:

  • There are no cancellations after a booking has been confirmed.

  • No-shows will be charged the full fee; no refunds, rescheduling, or re-booking will be permitted.

Covid-19 Policy

  • Non-vaccinated guests (citizen or resident of Mauritius) must provide a Negative PCR test done within 7 days prior the activity

  • Guests with 1 dose of COVID-19 vaccine, should bring along their COVID vaccination card

  • A medical certificate duly certified by a panel of 2 Government medical officers that, by reason of medical conditions, guests cannot be vaccinated with a COVID-19 vaccine, bearing their National IDs or Passport Numbers

  • Please bring along your vaccination card or BeSafe app.
