Noudeal operates as a marketplace that connects users with hotels, resorts, and experience providers in Mauritius. We facilitate bookings but are not the direct provider of the accommodation or services unless expressly stated.
These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of the Noudeal platform, website, and mobile services.
When you make a booking through Noudeal, you enter into a contract with the relevant service provider (hotel, resort, restaurant, etc.). Noudeal acts as an intermediary and is not a party to that contract.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or modify bookings in the event of technical errors, pricing inaccuracies, or unforeseen circumstances.
Prices displayed on Noudeal are in Mauritian Rupees (MUR) unless otherwise stated and include all applicable taxes unless marked as "exclusive".
Cancellation and modification policies vary by provider and are clearly displayed before you confirm your booking.
As a user of Noudeal, you agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or making a booking. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree not to use Noudeal for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose, and not to attempt to circumvent our booking systems, pricing, or security measures.
Any misuse of the platform, including abuse of our cancellation policies, may result in the suspension or termination of your account.
Noudeal provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that descriptions, pricing, or availability of listings are error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Noudeal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any bookings made through it.
Our total liability in connection with any booking or use of the platform is limited to the amount paid by you for that specific booking.
