1.3 By using the services made available on the website, you agree to pay the displayed price and purchase through the payment method provided therein and in conformity with the Terms of Use and specific terms and conditions as provided in the relevant offers/deals on the website.

1.8 In case of an open Voucher, where no reservation has been made on a specific date (all offers/deals included except for Hotel Packages), the following cancellation policy will apply:
(i) If a user cancels any order or booking made, within the next seven (7) days after purchase, s/he shall receive a full refund in form of reward point, which s/he is entitled to claim and use for the next order placed or booking made with
(ii) If a user cancels any order or booking made after seven (7) to fifteen (15) days post purchase, a 10% cancellation fee shall apply and the remaining amount shall be refunded to the registered user within two (2) days in terms of reward point, which s/he is entitled to claim and use for the next order placed or booking made with
(iii) If a user cancels any order or booking made, fifteen (15) days after purchase, there shall be no refund.

1.9 In case of any cancellation request pertaining to any offer/deal, where a reservation has been made on a specific date and time (all offers/deals included except for Hotel Packages), shall not provide any refund to the relevant user. However, if the user decides to change the reservation dates and time, s/he is required to inform (on and the relevant Merchant three (3) days prior to the reservation date. accepts no liability for any charges or costs that may result. If the registered user fails to do so, encourages the customer to gift the Voucher to another person (as a Gift Voucher), where possible and to notify us (on and the Merchant of same. 1.10 Cancellation Policy for Hotel Packages: If you have any change or amendment to be done with regard to your booking name or dates, you are requested to contact us (on two (2) days of the booking and we attempt do the necessary to the extent permitted and possible. 1.11 Notwithstanding the aforesaid, please note that no refund or cancellations is allowed upon confirmation of any booking with

(i) Any Cancellation request will be effective when it is received by email and processed by our agent at
(ii) The cancellation charges are calculated on the total amount paid by the user for the relevant product or service.
(iii) If you have booked a product or service and you decide to cancel the booking due to bad weather conditions, you are required to inform (on or the Merchant to make another appointment. Please note that this policy can only be applied for outdoor activities and Vouchers whereby reservation has been made (not for Open Vouchers/Gift Vouchers). However, if the service is not affected by weather conditions and the customer still wants to cancel, the Voucher shall be forfeited.
(iv) In case a customer does not show up to an activity or service, shall charge the customer with a 100% cancellation charge. Please note that if customers want to postpone their booking, they should do so three (3) days prior to the activity /service date.
(v) Please note that entrance tickets to Museums, national parks, Mauritius Aquarium, Botanical garden, Curious corner and tickets for special events, are non-refundable in all circumstances.
(vi) If a customer decides to transfer/ or gift their Voucher(s) to someone else as Gift Voucher(s), they should inform as soon as possible so that we can make the necessary changes.
