  • Dress Code:

    • Smart casual for both ladies & gentlemen. Gentlemen should wear trousers, chic Bermudas or tailored shirts & closed shoes in the evening

    • No swimwear, swimsuits, tank tops & beach sandals are allowed in restaurants for breakfast & dinner or public areas after 18:30. Topless is not allowed as a courtesy to guests & staff

  • Note: Sandy Lane Village – adults-only restaurant, bar & lounge reserved for sandy lane residents only

  • Drinks & all extras, not included in the offer, shall be charged at check-out

  • Offer is applicable for Mauritian or Resident with permit.

  • Rates may vary depending on Date (Please select date to see price) and are subject to availability.

  • All extras not included in the deal will be paid at the time of departure.

  • Food & Beverages /Dietary conditions:

    • Customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions should notify the hotel 48 hours before their arrival.

    • Without the permission of the management, no outside food or beverages are permitted within the restaurant.

  • Age policy:

    • Customers should be aware that if they fail to declare their kid age properly, a premium will be requested upon arrival.

  • Policy on Postponement:

    • Any request for a postponement is not guaranteed and must be notified at least 48 hours prior to the arrival date.

  • Policy on No-Shows:

    • There are no cancellations after a booking has been confirmed.

    • No-shows will be charged the full fee; no refunds, rescheduling, or re-booking will be permitted.

  • Covid-19 Policy

    • The resort will be authorised to welcome non-vaccinated guests (citizen or resident of Mauritius) with a Negative PCR test done within 7 days prior to check-in

    • A medical certificate duly certified by a panel of 2 Government medical officers that, by reason of medical conditions, guests cannot be vaccinated with a COVID-19 vaccine, bearing their National IDs or Passport Numbers

    • Please bring along your vaccination card or the BeSafe app.

 

 

Veranda Palmar Conditions:  

 

  • All guests (as from 6 years old) will have to undergo a rapid antigen test upon check-in and on Day 6 of their stay (if still at the hotel)

  • Only guests with a negative test result will be allowed entry to hotel premises

  • For children under 6 years old, antigen rapid test will be carried out using a salivary test kit

  • Testing kits will be provided by the hotel

  • Guests with at least 1 dose of vaccine are also welcomed upon presentation of their vaccination card

  • The hotel will be authorised to welcome non-vaccinated guests (citizen or resident of Mauritius) with a Negative PCR test done within 7 days prior to check-in

  • Sanitary pass is not applicable for guests below 18 years old
