• Lunch at Ye! Man Restaurant: Table D'hote or Buffet (12:00-15:00)

• Drinks: selection of unlimited drinks (Mineral water, Tea, Coffee, Soft drinks, Local wine, Selection of Rum selection and Beers) at Crazy Fish Bar or Pool Bar, as from 10h00 up to 17h00

• Afternoon Tea / Coffee time: accompanied by a selection of delicacies and snacks at Crazy Fish Bar, as from 16h00 up to 17h00

General Conditions:

• Offer is applicable for Mauritian or Resident with a permit

• All customers should bring their ID Card, which is compulsory and must be shown at reception upon Check-in

• Rates may vary depending on date (please select a date to see price) and are subject to availability

• All extras, not included in the package, will be paid on departure day

• The merchant is solely liable to the buyer for the care and quality of the advertised products and services

• A supplement will be required to customers who fail to declare or book their child in the wrong age group

• All customers must provide a Mauritian ID card or Resident permission upon arrival; failure to do so entitles the business to charge the current public rate

• Food & Beverages / Dietary conditions:

• Customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions should notify the hotel 48 hours before their arrival

• Without the permission of the management, no outside food or beverages are permitted within the restaurant

• Policy on Postponement:

• Any request for a postponement is not guaranteed and must be notified at least 48 hours prior to the arrival date

• Policy on No-Shows:

• There are no cancellations after a booking has been confirmed

• No-shows will be charged the full fee; no refunds, rescheduling, or re-booking will be permitted

• COVID-19 Policy:

• All customers, as from 6 years old, will undergo a quick Antigen test on arrival day

• Customers must have 2 doses & 1 booster dose to gain access in the hotel premises

• Customers having had either only 1 dose or are Non-vaccinated, will be granted access to premises, providing their show a negative PCR test done 7 days before Check-in

• For Non-vaccinated customers, a detailed medical certificate, issued by a panel of 2 Government medical officers, should be presented on arrival day

• Children under 12 years old are currently exempted from vaccination at this time and are allowed to stay in the same resort, if they are accompanied by their parents or a relative (adult) who is fully vaccinated

• It is recommended to please bring along the Vaccination Card and the BeSafe app, which are compulsory and must be presented at reception counter upon arrival
