  • All customers must provide a Mauritian ID card or Resident permission upon arrival; failure to do so entitles the business to charge the current public rate

  • Food & Beverages / Dietary conditions:

    • Customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions should notify the hotel 48 hours before their arrival

    • Without the permission of the management, no outside food or beverages are permitted within the restaurant

  • Policy on Postponement:

    • Any request for a postponement is not guaranteed and must be notified at least 48 hours prior to the arrival date

  • Policy on No-Shows:

    • There are no cancellations after a booking has been confirmed

    • No-shows will be charged the full fee; no refunds, rescheduling, or re-booking will be permitted

      • Day use guests can use our Beach Towels, however same will be with a supplement of MUR 500 deposit per towel
      • The Beach Towel cards are to be presented at the Towel Cabana to receive a Beach Towel to be used for the day
      • In case, the Beach Towel Card is lost in the property, the guests must immediately notify the Reception Counter of same or else the deposit of MUR 500 made upon check-in shall NOT be refunded.
      • Upon departure, the Beach Towels must be returned at the Towel Cabana and the Beach Towel Cards should be collected as same should be given to the reception team while proceeding with the Check-out Formalities.
      • Once the Beach Towel Cards are returned, the deposit made shall be refunded to the guests accordingly
