Silver Swordfish, a Catamaran with 37 seats, lets customers embark on Croisières Australes' luxurious Catamaran and experience the breathtaking beauty of the Southeastern part of our tropical paradise. They will have the opportunity to discover the rich cultural heritage of these destinations and will be enchanted by the amazing flora and fauna that this part of the island holds.


NOTE: Please note that the company has reviewed its Child Policy and, therefore, Children under 3 years old are no more allowed on this cruise


NOTE: For Private Catamaran, Food and Drinks are NOT included


SPECIAL FAMILY PROMO OFFER: As from the 15th May until the 31st July 2023, book a cruise for 2 Adults + 1 Child (5-12 years old) and the child will be Free of Charge (FOC). However, this Free of Charge condition applies to a MAXIMUM of 1 Child per family / booking



The Silver Swordfish Experience:


09h15 : Meet the Croisières Australes team at the jetty of Pointe des Régates in the fishermen's town of Mahébourg

09h30 : Sail off Mahébourg to Trou Moutou, an incredible natural aquarium that hosts various marine species, to snorkel and swim with the crew's assistance. The Catamaran will then sail to Île aux Phares

- Disembark at Île aux Phares (visit and story-telling about the island and its iconic Lighthouse)

12h00 : Lunch will be served on-board before heading to Île aux Cerfs

13h30 : Disembark on this iconic island and enjoy some free time to chill and recharge, while lounging on its sandy beaches and exploring the island's natural beauty until 14h00

15h30 : Back to Pointe des Régates jetty at Mahébourg




Fine Print:

  • Session Time: Monday to Sunday and Public Holidays: 09:30 - 15:30

  • Meeting Time: 09:15 for check-in & Sanitary Protocol procedure

  • Meeting Point: Pointe des Régates, Mahébourg

Validity: Voucher valid for 60 days from the date of purchase


Participant Guidelines:

  • A minimum of 12 participants is required for the trip to take place

  • If minimum number of participants has not been met, excursion will be rescheduled by supplier

  • Kindly inform us of any food allergies or special dietary requirements

  • Croisières Australes reserves the right to postpone or amend the itinerary of any trip if the clients' safety is compromised due to unfavorable weather conditions or else if not trips will still be carried out

  • Equipment: Life jackets are available

  • What you should bring: Snorkeling equipment, soft carry bag, swimsuit, change of clothes, sandshoes, sunscreen, hat, beach towel, camera, binoculars

 


Lunch Menu (Non-vegetarian):

  • Rice salad with vegetables

  • Pasta salad with smoked marlin

  • Potato & egg salad

  • Sauteed eggplant

  • Mixed salad (Cabbage, Cucumber, Carrot, Lettuce & Red Onions)

  • Grilled fish (Butter & garlic dressing served separately)

  • BBQ chicken skewer

  • Grilled chicken sausages

  • Garlic bread

  • Seasonal fruit

 

Lunch Menu (Vegetarian):

  • Rice and pasta salad with vegetables

  • Potato salad

  • Sauteed eggplant

  • Mixed salad (Cabbage, Cucumber, Carrot, Lettuce & Red Onions)

  • Grilled vegetable brochette (Heated on a foil of paper on the grill)

  • Grilled vegetarian sausage

  • Garlic bread

  • Seasonal fruit

  • Menu will be same as above (in smaller portion)

  • Offer is applicable for Mauritian or Resident with permit.

  • Rates may vary depending on Date (Please select date to see price) and are subject to availability.

  • All extras not included in the deal will be paid at the time of departure.

  • All clients must provide a Mauritian ID card or Resident permission upon arrival; failure to do so entitles the business to charge the current public rate.

  • Pregnant women are requested to seek medical advice prior to booking any activity 

  • Unless safety is jeopardized, activity continues in the rain. Due to weather conditions, the timetable is subject to change.

  • Customers are requested to arrive at least 30 mins prior to activity time

 

Policy on Postponement:

  • Any request for a postponement is not guaranteed and must be notified at least 48 hours prior to the arrival date.

Policy on No-Shows:

  • No-shows will be charged the full fee; no refunds, rescheduling, or re-booking will be permitted.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 7 days before arrival: Free of Charge / 6 days - 3 days before: 50% / Less than 3 days before: 100%
